Who We Are

The Banasyn team comprises individuals with a strong background in education and entrepreneurship, possessing significant knowledge of and familiarity with the American educational system. We possess extensive experience in many educational roles within American schools, including classroom teachers, managers, lead instructors, principals, and assistant principals.

We are looking to form alliances with school districts that could profit from our efforts to attract international teachers, thanks to the vision of the company's President and CEO, Dr. Anthony Mbanaja.

We draw on the knowledge of specialists with more than 30 years of experience in education who have worked with children from both the public and private sectors when recommending our certified international teachers to American school systems. Because our staff comprises educators who have gone through this placement process and are familiar with the requirements to teach in the United States, we are exceptional in our field.

What makes our program/project extraordinary

The determinants of possible career changes vary across most professions. Educational research indicates that factors such as global competition, regulatory standards, technology (fast-changing), mobile populations, and new job increases have impacted the current labor market Fütterer et al., (2023).
